seems to be okay now. I just downloaded the lastest version. Is that part of the problem or the fix?

5.0.0.56 was causing problems. I'm going to guess something with the coding and bandwidth but with 5.0.0.57, it fixes it. hopefully. At least RIM said it was something with their product and not blaming customer and issued an quick immediate fix. I remember when AT&T said their 3G isn't as good as it was claimed to be because everyone was using it and causing bandwidth issues and told customers to lower down their web/data usage.
